Terms and Conditions
Catering your special event is a privilege
Information Required after selecting the order:

ORDERING
- Order to be placed 5 working days in advance, subject to availability.
- For orders placed less than 48 hours, a surcharge of 30% applies against the total bill
- Buffet tables with skirting, food warmers, full set of disposable wares, serviettes & trash bags is chargeable at starting $150* (Subjected to number of pax and tables required)
- Disposable wares are provided with 20% extra.
- NO takeaway packaging materials will be provided (NEA guideline).
PAYMENT
- All prices quoted subject to GST (2024 – 9%).
- Full payment to be made upon confirmation.
- Payment mode: Bank Transfer | PayNow.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- S$70.00 before GST for delivery to Postal Code starting from 10-16, 24-82.
- S$80.00 before GST for delivery to Postal Code starting from 01-09, 17-23.
- No delivery to Jurong Island and Sentosa
- We will not be responsible for any damages during the setup.
For deliveries to venues without direct lift access, we have the following charges in place:
- If you kindly notify us before the event date, the surcharge is $40 per level.
- However, if you notify us on the event date, the surcharge will be $70 per level.
- For level 3 and above, delivery is subject to availability.
MENU
- Food buffer are provided with 10% extra only.
- Listed menu items are subject to availability and may change due to unforeseen seasonal demands.
DELIVERY
- Delivery is 1 hour before the consuming time.
- Please allow a 30 minutes buffer due to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
- All catering setup will be collected 2 hours after Food Ready Time. Maximum of 30 minutes allowance for extension.
SERVICE ENHANCEMENT
- Uniformed Service Staff @S$100.00 before GST per person (Service duration for 4 hours only)
- Extra service hour/staff @S$25.00 before GST /hr
CANCELLATION
- In the event of cancellation, the following charges are applicable:
- 1 day prior to event – 50% of total order
- On the actual event date – 100% of total order
Jeewa Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
